Assessing Customer Loyalty And Retention: A Comprehensive Study

Responses from customers and employees were analyzed using various statistical methods, including correlation, chi-square tests, and weighted analysis. The study presents insights drawn from the collected data and offers recommendations for organizational development to enhance performance and efficiency in the workplace.
