Abstract | In this research paper discusses how COVID–19 can impact the patent laws of essential medicines in India. Patent on drugs do act as a barrier to make the vaccine available to the public at large but still many shortcomings in the legal system are being used to make sure that the public does not suffer as a result of the pertaining patent issues. |
