Natural Language Processing (NLP) has emerged as a pivotal technology in addressing this need across multiple sectors, by enabling the processing and understanding of unstructured data. Natural Language Processing is a rapidly evolving field within Artificial Intelligence that has significant implications for the field of Business Intelligence. This paper explores the role of NLP in BI, examining how it can be leveraged to improve decision making, enhance operational efficiency, and extract insights from unstructured data.
