Abstract | One of the most powerful framework undoubtedly is Scrum Methodology as a widely used practice of Agile project management, especially when it comes to complex and dynamic IT infrastructure projects. The purpose of this article is to explore the usage of Scrum methodology applied to complex IT infrastructure projects, describe common challenges and analyze possible attempts to address them. The analysis is based on a review of academic literature and case studies published up to 2019. The paper endeavors to draw such interpretive conclusions by synthesizing insights into ways Scrum can be adapted and optimized for IT infrastructure projects. And explores implications for future usage and research possibilities. |
