Dr. Purvi Derashri is currently working with the Parul Institute of Commerce as a Senior Academician in the different courses of Ph.D, M.Phil, M.Com(Hons) and B.Com(Hons). She is a Management graduate with Finance Specialization and holds Doctorate in Corporate Finance – Mergers and Acquisitions. She is also a qualified Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Finance from M.S. University. Dr. Purvi Derashri started her career as an Assistant Professor with C. U.
